During the three days of cooking class the children will pick a theme to explore and pick what to make as a group. Then on day two we will examine some different recipes for what we picked and make our own. We will take bits and pieces from the ones we like and put them together to make our own version of the dish we decided to make. We will record it in our own recipe book.
